-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One Bosu ball
A pair of equally weighted dumbells
Players lay with their upper-back onto a ball.
Legs are 90 degrees.
Body from shoulders to knees forms a straight line.
Each hand is at 90 degrees holding dumbbells.
Players push the dumbbells so that the arms are nearly straight and bring them back to 90 degrees. This is one repetition.
Repeat as many times as desired.
