-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One Bosu ball
Players stand facing and a half-step away from a Bosu ball.
Players have arms hanging beside them.
On the signal to begin, players jump onto the Bosu ball, hands clasped forwards, and holding that position for one second.
Players then jump back off the Bosu ball and land in their starting position.
This is one repetition.
Players complete a specified number of repetitions.
-Questions & Notes:
Do the same but players begin in front of the Bosu ball and jump backwards onto the ball.
Do the same but players jump forward onto the ball, then forward off the ball, then backwards onto the ball, then backwards off the ball, then forward…
Do the same but jump laterally onto the ball, then keep going jumping off the ball, then back to jumping onto the ball, then keep going off the ball…
