For players to complete a set number of pulls.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Non-locomotor

  • Balance

-Equipment List:

  • Two Bosu balls

  • One resistance band

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • Two players face each other, each standing on their own Bosu ball.

  • The players hold a resistance band between them, each with hands shoulder width apart.


  • On the signal to begin, players will both pull their left arm back and right arm forward, and then their right arm back and left hand forward. This completes one repetition.

  • Flip Bosu ball upside-down

  • With the pulling of each other, what can be done with one’s body to best retain balance?
