For players to retain balance on a Bosu ball and complete a certain number of squats, or complete squats for a specified time.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One Bosu ball
Players stand in a balanced position on an upright Bosu ball.
On the signal to begin, players do a slight squat while standing on the ball.
Then they jump up, and land on the Bosu ball again.
The above completes one repetition.
-Questions & Notes:
Flip Bosu ball and use upside-down.
