For players to retain balance on a Bosu ball and complete a certain number of squats, or complete squats for a specified time.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Non-locomotor

  • Balance

  • One Bosu ball

-Setting Up:

  • Players stand in a balanced position on an upright Bosu ball.


  • On the signal to begin, players do a slight squat while standing on the ball.

  • Then they jump up, and land on the Bosu ball again.

  • The above completes one repetition.

  • Flip Bosu ball and use upside-down.
