Double-Ball Crosse

  • One stick per player.

  • Two goals.

  • One double-ball per game of 10 players.

Score points by tossing a double-ball into a goal.

  • Locomotor

    • Dodge

    • Run 

  • Manipulative Send​

    • Throw​

  • Manipulative Receive​

    • Block 

    • Catch​

-Setting Up:

  • Each team (of 4-6) players line up on their own half--one player is a goalie (or use a target as a goal).

  • Each player is given a stick.

  • One team is given the double-ball.

-Instructions:

  • At the leader's signal to begin the player with the double-ball passes  the double-ball to a teammate and attempt to move the double-ball down the playing area in an attempt to score a goal.

  • Could make rules like ultimate so that

    • When a pass in incomplete the other team gets the ball.

    • Player with the double-ball can only pivot.

    • Defense must be at least a stick-length away (so that a follow through does not hit the defensive player).
