-Setting Up:

  • Use a gymnasium or large open space.

  • Place goal in the middle of the space.

    • If it is a basketball court the centre circle becomes the crease.

    • If it is an open space create a similar sized crease with the use of spots.

  • Players are in a scattered position throughout the playing area.

-Instructions:

  • The leader tosses the ball up near the centre line (but away from the goal).

  • When a team gets possession of a ball they must have the ball contact their own wall before being able to score a goal.

  • Only one offensive player can be inside the centre circle—no other players can enter that circle.

  • Ball can be kicked, dribbled (by feet or hands), or hit with hands, but cannot be held by hands. A violation results in other team getting possession of the ball.

  • Scoring is as follows:

    • Two points for any ball that enters the goal from outside the crease.

    • One point if the offensive player inside the crease is the last player to touch the ball before it goes into the goal.
