-Fundamental Movement Skills:

For players to walk about the playing space while balancing a You Fo stick on their hand.

  • Locomotor

  • Walk

-Equipment List:

  • One You Fo Stick per player

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • Each player is given a You Fo stick and are in scattered position in the playing area.

-Instructions:

  • On the leader's signal to begin players atttempt to walk about the playing area balancing a You Fo stick on their hand. 

  • If the stick falls, the player simply picks the stick up and resumes the activity.

-Questions & Notes:

  • What makes balancing this stick hard? Easier?
