-Equipment Link:

  • One stability ball per pair of players

-Setting Up:

  • Players sit parallel to each other about one to three paces apart and face opposite directions. Their knees are bent and their heels are on the ground.

  • One of the players holds a ball along her side on the ground as far away from her partner as possible.

  • On your signal to begin, both players lift their hands off the ground.

  • The player with the ball pulls it across her body and passes it to her partner.

  • If the hand of either player touches the ground, they must begin their pass count again at zero.

  • The pair who makes the most successive passes in one minute wins.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Allow a bounce after each pass.

  • The farther players are from each other, the more challenging the activity is.

  • To make this activity more challenging, players may have only their buttocks on the ground (heels are also off the ground).

  • Use a BalastTM Ball to make this activity even more challenging
