One Kinball per two teams of four players.

Three teams stand with their group in different parts of the playing area.
One team stands in the middle of the playing area holding the ball.
-Instructions:
The team in the centre calls out: "Omnikin [colour]," and then sends the team to the specified colour.
The receiving team then catches the ball, returns it to the centre, and repeats...
