One Kinball per two teams of four players.

-Setting Up:
Teams of four players line up opposite each other.
One team of three players holds the Kinball as they squat, with their hands under the ball so they do not hurt their wrists when the ball is struck, and with their heads down so the ball does not strike their head when the ball is struck.
-Instructions:
The striker calls out : Omnikin [colour], and then sends the team to the opposite team.
The receiving team then catches the ball, and returns the ball in the same way.
-Questions & Notes:
What safety considerations need to be done when a team passes the ball? Clasp both hands or push the balls with both hands.
