Partner Omnikin Two Ball Pass
For players to complete a set number of passes or complete as many passes as they can within a set time limit.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
Per pair of players:
Two Bosu ball balls
Two Omnikin balls
Each pair of players stands on a Bosu ball facing each other about 2-3 paces apart.
Pairs of players are located in a scattered position in playing area
Each player is given one Omnikin ball
On the leader's signal to begin the players attempt to determine how many consecutive times they can pass two balls to each other--one ball going high and the other going low.
